Kitty Hawk Business Park is a development of Building Solutions LLC℠, which uniquely provides the full spectrum of plan, design and build services, including site selection, permitting, architecture, engineering, construction and management. Our expertise also includes specialty equipment installation, FDA licensing and construction of clean-room food processing space, landscaping, and installation of telecommunications equipment and security systems.

We have sited, planned, designed and built—or converted—industrial, retail, storage, office, operations and warehousing facilities, including historic restorations, throughout New England with a total space in excess of 11,000,000 square feet.

We utilize frame, frameless and clear span construction using steel, concrete and wood. Our projects employ a variety of exterior materials such as brick, stone, stucco and metal for siding, and metal and asphalt for roofing.
